Beginners' programme
First time training? Join our Beginners’ Programme in Boxing, Grappling or Strength & Conditioning where you’ll learn the core principles to build confidence. Your coach will help you develop solid foundations alongside others at the same level, preparing you to progress into the main classes.

Grappling
Want to develop your grappling through Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling? Learn to control opponents, escape vulnerable positions and apply locks to secure submissions. Whether you’re new to the mats or chasing high-level competition, your coach will help you work towards your individual goals.

Strength & Conditioning
Want to build endurance and power? Our structured circuits challenge your body and are designed to improve stamina and functional strength. Work at your own pace under your coach’s guidance - reducing your risk of injury while building a body that supports your daily life.

Cold Plunge
Plunge yourself into a better mood! Build mental resilience and awaken your senses with our revitalising cold plunge. Each plunge releases endorphins that boost your mood and energy. The perfect replacement for your morning coffee. Improve circulation and recover while reducing inflammation.

Sauna
Detox and relax in our traditional Finnish sauna. It’s a space to slow down and unwind. The heat eases tension, boosts circulation and supports your immune system. Regular sauna use 2-3 times a week has been linked to improvements in cardiovascular function and physiological recovery.
